La experiencia fue muy agradable con el personal del hotel. El hotel es muy céntrico y las habitaciones son pequeñas pero está bien para pasar unos días. Esta bien equipada con baño privado. Una experiencia genial! Personalmente nos recordo a una experiencia de crucero las habitaciones.

Perfectly located budget friendly hotel, rooms are just what you need for a city break, nothing too fancy but it serves as a place to sleep and keep your bags while you’re out exploring Glasgow. Plenty of helpful services and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. Stayed here a few times and will happily come back again!

The location of the hotel is great, right in the city centre. The rooms and bathrooms are tiny, so if you are planning on just sleeping here and spend the day out exploring the city is fine, but if you’re looking for a place/room with more space, then it might no be the best option. The service was really good and in general the hotel and rooms were clean.

The location of the hotel is great, but it's let down by a lot of other aspects. Whilst I appreciate this is a budget hotel and don't expect a lot, I found there were a lot of things about the hotel that put me off.
Firstly, the bathroom is TINY. they don't show the bathrooms on the site for a reason. The bathroom is about as wide as my arms span, with the shower being a wet room with a shower curtain and the sink RIGHT next to it, and the toilet immediately next to that. The bathroom is so small you cannot shower without hitting the curtain or sink, and the shower isn't height adjustable so if you don't want to wash your hair you have to turn the shower off. If you're tall you might also struggle to go to the toilet with the door closed because there's very little room between the toilet and door. Because the bathroom is so small, you also can't use the toilet without getting your feet wet.
The bed is very firm and I struggled quite a lot to get comfortable, but it wasn't so bad that I had a bad night's sleep so for a night or 2, it's fine enough.
The room is fairly small but as its a budget hotel you'd expect this, my biggest issue was the lack of space for anything, no surface space at all to put anything and only 2 coat hangers. Nowhere to put trousers or keys or anything, a small side table or something would have been nice and there is room for this.
The rooms are pretty cold so bare this in mind if you're visiting in winter. The heating caps at 19-23c which seems fine but 23c did not feel like it at all, and the room was still very cold. The heater also turns itself off frequently and takes a very long time to get to its temperature, you only really feel warmth in the room if it's actively pushing out heat after that it gets very chilly.
My biggest issue was the lighting system, they have a system where the lights can't be on without the door key in the machine which would be fine, except this controls all lights and given the main light doesn't have a switch, if you need the toilet in the night you either have to go in the dark or wake up whoever you're sharing a room with which I think it inexcusable, this isn't a budget issue it's just poor design.
They also charge a fee if you want to leave your bags before check in which I think is ridiculous as I've been to other budget hotels which don't do this. I asked about a late check out also and despite the website stating in section 4.2 of the T&C's stating if you check out late you're charged £10, when I asked they wanted £15 until 12pm or £20 until 1pm so they sneakily charge extra than is stated.
It also would've been nice to have a hairdryer, I understand no kettle etc but how many people travel with a hairdryer?
If you're on a budget, it's okay for a night or 2 but I personally wouldn't stay longer than 1 night, especially if you're sharing a room

Very small hotel, bathroom was the size of a closet and there was barely enough room to put our stuff down. Walls were very thin and we could hear the people in the next room. Location was extremely convenient and good for the price. Room was clean as well.
